What does Cull & Pistol mean?
It’s an homage to what we know best - LOBSTER! A cull is a lobster that has lost one of its claws and a pistol is one that has lost both, traditionally in battle.

Monday-Saturday: 11:30am-10:00pm
Sunday: 11:30am-9:00pm
How can I find you within Chelsea Market?
Enter through the main entrance at 75 9th Ave (between 15th St & 16th St).
Walk about midway through the concourse and we’ll be just to the right of the water fountain.
What are your typical holiday hours?
We are closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. Come hang with us every other day of the year!
I believe I lost something at the restaurant. Has anyone found it?

Are reservations required?
We always recommend you reserve a table, so there’s no disappointment if there’s a wait. You can reserve a table by clicking HERE. But reservations are not required. We’d love for you to just drop by. We’ll do our best to get you seated as quickly as possible.
How do I make a reservation?
You can make a reservation through our website via OpenTable or by contacting the restaurant directly at 646.568.1223. Reservations can be made on OpenTable up to 3 months in advance. Depending on your party size, we might require a credit card number to hold your reservation.
Do you take large group reservations?
Yes! For groups of 6 or more, we require a credit card on file to secure your reservation. To find out more about large group dining options, inquire here.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you can’t make it, we’ll catch you next time, but please let us know! For parties of 6 or more, we require 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations. If we don’t hear from you, there’s a $25 fee per person plus tax and gratuity that will be charged to the card on file.

Does Cull & Pistol offer vegetarian or gluten-sensitive menus?
We know seafood! Our menu allows for some options for vegetarians as well as gluten-free diners.
(NOTE: Our kitchen is not a gluten-free environment. The possibility exists for food items to come in contact with other food products. If you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies, please let us know when making your reservation, as well as the waiter attending you.)
What is your corkage fee?
Our corkage fee is $25 per 750 ml bottle.
Do you offer take-out or delivery options?
We do not offer take-out or delivery at Cull & Pistol. But visit our C&P Galley right next door for all of your takeaway seafood needs!
